They don't try to "up-sell" your service, by telling you that you need something not necessary, and while not the "quickest" at doing an oil change/tire rotation, they do an adequate job at trying to get your vehicle done while you wait, especially on a busy Saturday. I have had to wait 4 hours or more at another local Ford dealer, and Klaben got the job done in 1 1/2 hours. I have trusted them in the past to do my recall and repair work on vehicles, and will continue to do so. Overall, I am pleased with their work, friendliness, and professionalism, and would recommend them to others needing similar work done. More

Mentioned the check engine light was periodically coming on and off and they found a bulletin for our Ford and told us the next time it came on to come right in. A week later the check engine light came on; I called, was able to drive right in, and they quickly got me a rental and had the part replaced and the car ready to go the next day. Everything was covered from the bulletin. Fantastic service and customer care! More
