Upon our decision to consider a new Honda to purchase, we chose Scott Honda because of the pr vinous 5-Star service afforded to us with a previously owned Honda Odyssey; and horrible service by another local chose Scott Honda because of the pr vinous 5-Star service afforded to us with a previously owned Honda Odyssey; and horrible service by another local Honda dealership. Contacted Scott Honda online, and almost immediately received a text from Aaron Schmidt to make an appointment. Thinking we would be turned over to another sales rep once at the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised to have been given the opportunity to stay with Aaron. We had an instant connection, and even determined that we worked together at a previous employer almost 30 years ago. We chose Scott Honda of West Chester over other area dealerships based on their reputation. We called on a Saturday & Jeff Wood was able to meet with us a half hour later. We were just coming in for a test drive but the experience was so positive, stress-free and informative that we decided to go ahead with a deal. The entire staff down to the detailing crew was extremely professional and accommodating, we felt like family.
