The sales manager was able to get the exact color and style into the lot in two days - which was no small feat as I requested a 6-speed with no front plate mounts. Basically, it was as painless and facile as these transactions get. As for the Honda Fit - I love it. Very peppy for 130hp. Roomy for a subcompact. Smooth clutch. Nimble. Great tech features. Additional note - my wife has been servicing her 2008 Honda Accord at Scott Honda. She is very satisfied and the thing still runs like a top. More

The customer service from John Guth, the sales representative on facilitated my most recent lease, was outstanding. He was informative, straight forward, helpful, and explained each step of the purchase; but of greatest importance to me, he was very personable, kind, and low key.
