Car was signaling low tire pressure. Found a nail in tire & called Scott Honda. They said bring right over & they would fix it. Which they did which gave me a great sense of relief. We were so pleased with the service department at Scott Honda. We have had our Honda Pilot for 15 years, and we love this car, but it was overdue for an assortment of repairs and a major recall. Because of the distance, we have always had our car service performed at our local auto shop. Now, we realize we should have taken the time to drive to the Honda dealership. Our car performs better than it has in many years. Darren explained each item that needed to be completed, and he took the time to ask about our opinion. He was so trustworthy, friendly and kind! We will definitely be taking our car to West Chester in the future. More

Always a pleasure dealing with Scott Honda. Our salesman, Aaron Schmidt, and the Scott Honda service team is the reason we purchased our last vehicle from Scott Honda. Was in for recent service Our salesman, Aaron Schmidt, and the Scott Honda service team is the reason we purchased our last vehicle from Scott Honda. Was in for recent service for an active oil leak. Was originally told would take approx one week to have it looked at. I reached out to Aaron Schmidt for any intervention he could provide on our behalf. Not sure what the comms were between sales and service, but the comms between Scott Honda (sales and service) and myself were great with updates (as always, I must add), and much to our surprise, the car was looked at, and complete within a few hours. I realized they were busy, but I thought an active oil leak (shortly after a recent oil change) warranted some addition and quick attention. At the end of the day, Scott Honda and Aaron Schmidt, came through and did all the right things, restoring my full faith in Scott Honda after a short-lived moment of frustration. Great job!
