Courteous but disappointing Had my vehicle worked on in warranty. Picked up car after completed repairs and leather cream leather arm rest and driver seat are soiled with new oil Had my vehicle worked on in warranty. Picked up car after completed repairs and leather cream leather arm rest and driver seat are soiled with new oil and dirt stains. Called service department and they apologized and offered to detail the car. Brought the car back in and they were only able to get out the oil stain on the arm rest. Told me that the seat was normal wear and that it was the same as the passenger seats, which on examination have none of the “normal wear”. Was apologized to again and told it’s not grease stain so nothing they can do despite not being present when the vehicle was brought in for repairs. 3 months I’ve owned the vehicle so i’m Going to have to live with stained seats for the next 5-7 years of ownership. More
