Warranty work Very friendly, professional service department. Completed work on time and as promised. Only problem was, I didn't check out to get a vehicle while mi Very friendly, professional service department. Completed work on time and as promised. Only problem was, I didn't check out to get a vehicle while mine was being repaired under warranty. Thus out of a car for a few days while repair completed. That was my fault not theirs. Have been in for oil changes, warranty work and general mechanical and have had nothing but great service. Highly recommend. More

Always Top Notch I have always been very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and timeliness of the service. Making an appointme I have always been very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and timeliness of the service. Making an appointment is easy, my vehicle is always ready when they say it will be, and the accommodations while I am waiting are impeccable. Free coffee at the Thunderbird Cafe, WIFI is available, and a tv in the waiting area. The restrooms are extremely clean, as is the entire facility. And the coy pond is fun to watch! More

Prices or rediculus Well let’s start with diagnosis. Told not the starter or alternator. So had them Change battery . Then was told it’s the alternator at a price of $400 Well let’s start with diagnosis. Told not the starter or alternator. So had them Change battery . Then was told it’s the alternator at a price of $400. Plus 4 hours labor ridiculous. Then was Told cabin filter needed to be changed and brakes needed to have work done . Car was there for a checkup two months earlier oil change and to have brakes looked at all was ok at that time. so for a battery and a alternator plus labor $1195 very unexceptable. Then while driving the day later the car stalls again in traffic.very unsatisfied . More
