Worst Service I ever had on any car I've owned (35 years) 1st service (oil change and tire rotation) of our new jeep and the service tech used a air gun to tighten the wheel nuts on my $56K jeep. No torque w 1st service (oil change and tire rotation) of our new jeep and the service tech used a air gun to tighten the wheel nuts on my $56K jeep. No torque wrench was used! When I asked the service advisor he said they only have 90 psi for the air gun and all dealers do it that way! I stated you could have 90 psi and still have the air gun over torque the lug nuts. I asked them to torque the lug nuts properly. Service tech smirked at me and then went around with a torque wrench. I stated you need to loosen the wheel nuts and retorque them properly as he laughed at me... I told them if you don't know what they are doing they should not work on cars! Spoke with Service manager and he re-torqued the wheel nuts, but no apology just have a nice day. Would not want to own the other cars and jeeps they worked while I watching them. They did the same thing to at least 4 other vehicles while I was there. Oil was spilled on the engine cover and smelled oil all the way home (more than the usually oil on the exhaust). Oily finger prints on the hood and fender too. Need to wash the Jeep when I got home because of oily finger prints. I hope the used the correct oil... 5w30! When we purchase the Jeep, Jody & Chris assured us that they had a great service and would not be disappointed. I was shocked at the service and how they treated my $56K jeep! More

Excellent My Mother and I stopped in to look at the Dodge Rams 1995 (rest her soul she passed 1999) like Walker Texas Ranger used in his series . Jody came out in the lot and asked us could he help !No thank you we were just looking and I told Jody about Mother and I both liked Walker Texas Ranger Chuck Norris drove a Dodge Ram so it had an appeal . Jody invited us in to see what we could work out I figured I could not afford it. Jody came up with a figure for $450.00 a month. I thought still more than my V.A. Comp. would allow. Mother said she could give me $100.00 a month to go ahead and get it. I was on my way home in an $18,000.00 new Dodge Ram, I had to build a special step for Mother to get in the cab with.So I have been "Horse Trading" with Palmer Dodge since and to be honest $200,000.00's worth of cars , trucks ,jeeps and etc. They have and always will be like family too me and the service at Palmer Dodge is Top Notch.
