SERVICE MAKES THE DIFFERENCE WHEN I BUY MY NEXT CAR! The previous owner had put in after-market lighting that was causing my lights to go out without warning. Palmer found the problem and removed the after-market crap and replaced it with factory standard lights. The lights went out again, and they found the problem and fixed it the second time. Since they were not familiar with the after-market crap I was willing to pay for the extra work they did. Put your credit card away Mr. Cape, they said to me. That is exceptional service. And they gave me a car to drive while they did it. I'll never buy a car anywhere else. More
