I was not in the market to buy a Jeep but settled in on a 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition EV. I absolutely love this vehicle! It's Jeep's equivalent to a Model Y but with less plasticky materials on the dash, luxurious leather interior, and a refined suspension. It's very quiet and quick too! Tim Beane and Steve (managers) took great care of me and made sure I got what I wanted. Once I settled on a vehicle the finance experience was a breeze working with Joby. In my years of leasing/buying vehicles this was the fastest purchase. I would highly recommend this Klaben store if you're in the market for a new/used vehicle. You will not be disappointed. More

I honestly had the best car buying experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Kent. My husband and I were dreading the process and afraid we would have to deal with the stereotypical “pushy” salesman, but we w Dodge Jeep Ram in Kent. My husband and I were dreading the process and afraid we would have to deal with the stereotypical “pushy” salesman, but we were so relieved when Greg started helping us out. He was super personable and very knowledgeable about the van we were looking at and never once made us feel uncomfortable. He answered questions we didn’t even think to ask and when he could tell we were interested but wanted to sleep on it he assured us if we called him the next day, he would pull the car off the lot immediately. What a relief that was. We came in with our own financing but they worked with us to get their interest rate down and got us to use their in house financing instead which made the process pretty effortless. I would recommend this dealership and especially Greg to anyone buying a car! More
