Total lack of attention to detail. Antonio was the only pleasant point. And Sales Manager Adam claimed not to know the owners names when I asked him but a few others lower down on the Antonio was the only pleasant point. Hmmm In sum, main problem was a car was sold out from under me after I was promised a hold on it. There's more but that's the bottom line. Sales manager Adam, who had promised me the hold, could not even be bothered to call me to apologize for the mistake...whether he caused it or not, I should have received a call from him since he is who I dealt with. Salesman Nick was very nice and helpful but also disinterested and distracted working on another transaction the same time. Antonio Ramirez is super! Clone him!. Massively helpful, patient and kind. He asked me to plug my phone in, I had no cable, he went in and gave me one at no charge. Outstanding employee in all aspects! More
