I needed a new car and after looking around online I found the Mitsubishi Mirage. My wife and I went into Biggers test drove the car. We were happy with it and we were on our way home shortly after. We walked in on a cloudy Monday, greeted right away by David. Went on a brief test drive of the vehicle I was looking for. Jose Perez was the person I talked to on the phone to make the reservation. I asked for Jose. I was told me he wasn't there today and that his name was Jeremy Brennan that he would help me.He was very fr make the reservation. I asked for Jose. I was told me he wasn't there today and that his name was Jeremy Brennan that he would help me.He was very friendly. I asked if he had any coupons for an oil change. He said he would look into it to see what he could do. He got back to me later with a significant savings for me. I appreciated that very much. Being a handicapped senior citizen and being on a fixed income, that really helped. It was very nice of him to do that. Also, I met up with my salesman that sold me the car on November 30th of 2016. Jim, Casey and he was very nice to answer some questions about the Outlander Phev. Perhaps I may think about getting one of them within another year or two. Overall, It was a very pleasant experience at the dealership, I really liked your newly remodeled waiting area. Also, the person that washed my car, did a very nice job. The job was done right but I was told when I brought it in that my timing chain probably wasn’t covered under warranty because I don’t change my oil despite the fact had told them the timing chain was bad in that my timing chain probably wasn’t covered under warranty because I don’t change my oil despite the fact had told them the timing chain was bad 6 months earlier . After providing a record of oil changes the repairs took 2 weeks . They offered me a loaner car which was nice but then they called me everyday thereafter asking me to bring the loaner back . Their customer service basically sucks while retaining decent mechanics. and decent inventory. It was overall a very stressful experience More
