I bought my 2015 Toyota Highlander from Heiser in the summer of 2014. I have taken my car for service there ever since. Joe is like the brother I have never had. I trust him completely with advising me on what I REALLY NEED and not taking advantage of the naivety of a single mom who is NOT well versed in the car business, lol! I've gotten to know him over the years and have informed the owners as long as Joe is in the service department, I will ALWAYS be a customer as he has BUILT my TRUST! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone as they are a family owned business ran by a woman, which I also love! Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle so well.
