As a new resident of The Villages, I had to locate a new Cadillac dealership to perform routine service on my SRX after having used the same dealership for purchases and service for the past 20 years. Chan Cadillac dealership to perform routine service on my SRX after having used the same dealership for purchases and service for the past 20 years. Change isn't easy. In the course of performing service, it was determined that a rather significant issue needed to be addressed and it would take approximately three hours. The dealership provided transportation back to my home and notified me when the work was complete. A courtesy driver picked me up, returned me to the dealership to pick up my serviced and freshly-washed car and I was on my way home. Although changes isn't easy, I feel entirely comfortable with the customer service and courtesy I received at Plaza. More
