The dealership is way backup on work and had to wait 6 weeks for my car to be serviced. Parts department needs to improve in their people skills. Seemed like he didn’t even want to be at his job and just weeks for my car to be serviced. Parts department needs to improve in their people skills. Seemed like he didn’t even want to be at his job and just dragging. Once they put my parts on half of the bumper was not assembled right and completed the job myself. Took it to the dealership to get a professional experience and ended up with a half way job. More

First time to purchase a car from car lot. What is sad Is that my son bought a car from Johnsons moters a d gets help and don't need to pay for hes car to get fixed now here I am at a higher class place and I don't get any help! The macanice here at the car lot has NO heart it's like a steal iron man's heart!! I regret getting a car here.😞 More
