Hello ma’am, when you bought the car you were offered to buy an extended warranty and declined, we covered this with you about anything happening to the car. You had the car 4 months when the AC had issues. We offered to cut the price down to cost and pay for half, you refused the help. The mechanic was telling you what was going on, you are wanting this for free and are upset. We have tried to help you in every way we can, we are sorry it isn’t exactly what you want. We are sorry and have tried to help in every manner that we possibly can, the cussing and yelling and screaming is not the way to handle things either. We will stand behind the offer we have made you. Have a good day and let us know if you want us to help.

No I've been at this place several times back-and-forth. Trying to get help before. I had my baby and I had no help at all. The end was horrible when I spoke to the mechanic. Mechanic is rude like I said he has no heart and he does not care. I'd rather have a mechanic that is humble working in my car instead of a rude. Man

No sir i was not offered the warranty at all when I purchase the car it was not at all mementioned!!! So do not set there and lie saying it was when intentionally it was not mentioned at all....

Also none of what you say was mentioned no one wanted to help me they all say i had to have warranty when i was not offered that or offered half at all that was not mentioned why would you lie? I went up there repeatedly while I had my baby in me trying to get help and I even cried for youlls help and no one wanted to help me this place is no good. I should have seen the sign when I saw that man standing wanting help.Cause he bought a car from you guys but I did not pay no attention

And yes, I was upset yelling. No, because you weren't listening to me. You're not hearing anything? I was saying they're very rude and manager for mechanic. And I explained to him that it's pretty sad that this company is higher than Johnson's motors. And my son purchased a car from Johnson's motors and for 4 months after 4 months of buying the car. Either way, they ended up helping him fix it and he doesn't have warranty. He bought it as is.That's a sad part.Yellow or high class and yeah, can even do that.Cause this place is more like high class instead of being humble and faithful.Yeah, I'll just like that Iron Man.No heart at all
