I've been a customer of Tucson Subaru's service department for the past 22 years and have always had good experiences with them. When it came time to look for a new Ru to supplement my 24 year old department for the past 22 years and have always had good experiences with them. When it came time to look for a new Ru to supplement my 24 year old Impreza, I was confident I would have an equally pleasant experience with their sales department. I was not disappointed. More

We needed help with the Bluetooth feature in our Subaru Outback. We walked up to the Customer Service desk at Tucson Subaru and were immediately helped by Jesse Friedman. He was very knowledgeable and offered to come out to our car and show us how to fix the problem. It only took Jesse a few minutes to fix what was wrong and send us on our way. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Tucson Subaru deserves to be the Number One dealership in the country! More

I had a catastrophic engine failure on my 2015 3. 6 Outback on a road trip from my home in San Diego. As a result I found myself buying another outback at Tucson Subaru on November the tenth. Rene greeted me upon arrival and Dan was my advisor for this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the i this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the inspection. Fabian assisted me in arranging a loaner vehicle, explained the paperwork process, assisted me understanding the vehicle operation for the loaner vehicle and was patient with me as I am physically challenged. Dan was / has been my service advisor numerous times and goes out of his way to answer and accommodate my needs / requests. The dealership is always in a high state of cleanliness.
