Find any and every way to tack on additional charges. Will lie and no one cares. Will absolutely trash your vehicle. Phone system is not great but better than it was in past. Phone system puts on long holds. Did get told Friday some part(s) had to be ordered. Cost would be big reason to not recommend unless have really great warranty. It is hard to tell if the cost of car brand OEM supplies as well as cost labor is truly comparable and worth it in long run. In general staff is nice there and tries to explain services. The waiting area is really nice too. More
