I received by text 2 different times for my appt. One was at 8:15 am and one was around 11 am on the same day. So I just went on to the earlier appt. They confirmed my appt was supposed to be at 11am One was at 8:15 am and one was around 11 am on the same day. So I just went on to the earlier appt. They confirmed my appt was supposed to be at 11am., but said it was fine they took me in for the earlier appt. They were quick, only had state inspection and the multipoint inspection. I found out AFTER having spent almost $1000 for the 60,000 mile service that there is something wrong with all of my tires having been told that my tires were fine on the receipt I received from the se 60,000 mile service that there is something wrong with all of my tires having been told that my tires were fine on the receipt I received from the service. I end up getting a flat tire a few weeks later and have to replace all three of the others and a wheel and spend another quoted '$900' for the tire and wheel and service. Then I have to wait over a month later and call back MYSELF to find out where my tires and wheel that were ordered are only to find out that my shipment was 'dropped' at some point but no one bothered to inform me. The order finally comes in and it turns out my bill is $1500 instead of the $900 I was quoted. $600 more than the quote from over a month ago. This is all also after I was told that the tires I was sent home with were not safe to drive on, but this is my only means for transportation. Still unsure if the original flat was caused by an issue that was not reported to me during the incredibly expensive and 'extensive' inspection. But still thankful when I had to drive on unsafe tires for an extended period of time that nothing worse happened. Terrible customer service all around by Subaru and HIGHLY disappointed in the service I received completely and would give less than a 1 if it was an option. More
