I’d like to start by first saying that we love our Hyundai Tucson. The car is 21 years old and 244,000 miles and we’ve never had any issue with it. And I believe that’s mostly do to a good car and good maintenance. When I called to make the appointment I do like to talk to a human instead of the AI answering machine you have now. I guess I’m just old school. Mostly happy with the recent maintenance but $250 for radiator, drained and fill was a little over the top and the fact that it took two days to complete the work. I know things are expensive today so I may have to try to do some of these maintenancethings to the car myself. also, I did not like receiving text messages to tell me other things that were wrong with the car that needed replacing or fixed.
