She did this patiently while I was getting all of the paperwork done with Jemar Dubose who was also very helpful. This is the 4th car I have purchased from Cincinnati MINI / BMW Store. There is a reason I keep coming back: I love the cars, but the support from Sales (including Ric Koresky) and Service (Rodney Steadman has been a gem with the i3) is even more important. More

He clearly and thoroughly talked me through my options. He listened to me and got me the right package on the maintenance options. He also was very thorough and efficient on the financing.
