It is unusual from my standpoint to have been offered such outstanding service by personnel as opposed to other ventures with other dealers. I highly recommend this The BMW Store dealership to all who are in the market for a BMW to experience the quality and enthusiasm of all personnel encountered. Mr. Wright, as my salesperson for the purchase of both an X3 and an X5, has been an exceptional experience with his knowledge of these vehicles with the intricacies of human / car interfaces. The iDrive learning curve has flattened out somewhat with his instruction. He has been an asset for us to evaluate what we wanted on a new car, plus, what was a valid consideration to be added as well. This type of ability to know what makes the car more comfortable and useful is a major capability for being able to enjoy the car. Bought a used car, felt like I "New Car" customer I traveled across two states because The BMW Store had a somewhat rare used car I wanted and I was having a hard time finding one closer to home. I w I traveled across two states because The BMW Store had a somewhat rare used car I wanted and I was having a hard time finding one closer to home. I was nervous about purchasing a car "sight unseen," but John assured me the car was in great shape, but I'd probably need tires soon (100% correct and truthful). John even drove to the airport to pick me up. I found one minor problem with the car (broken hinge on one of the storage compartments), and the service department fixed the problem while I was finishing up the paperwork. I also needed a front bracket for my license plate and they had it installed in a matter of minutes. I also appreciated that John was up front about the vehicle I was considering trading in, and told me I'd probably get a better price to sell it on my own. I've never purchased a new car before, but John and the team made me feel like I was buying a brand new $80,000 BMW. They topped off the tank with Premium Fuel, detailed the car, and gave me some free BMW swag from their gift shop. Jemar in the finance department had all the paperwork finished up while I was on my test drive and answered all of my questions. Since I would be registering the car in a different state he helped guide me through that process. I was very happy with the overall process, the price of the car was fair, and lower than any other similar cars in the country. I would be happy to do business with The BMW Store in Cincinnati again. More
