Brought my car in a second time due to shuddering /service bulletin .I waited 15 min to talk to Service manager was too busy chatting and eating his muffin to discuss the issue with my car. He sent out someone else to tell me they could not duplicate the problem and that my engine needs to be replaced because oil was leaking profusely she told me to keep checking my oil. In my most recent visit I did have to wait by my car upon arrival for about 8 - 10 minutes before anyone came to me. service has been exceptional.
