Superb!!!! Now into my 12th Mercedes from Mercedes of Princeton, I have always gotten great service and care from Mr. Dale Cook. He has been my "go to guy". Currently I just purchased another Mercedes and leased a Mercedes In the service division Jeff H has been superb in handling my repairs and question. Both Dale and Jeff are the faces that make Mercedes of Princeton that keeps me coming back. Simply great people! More

Jeff as usual was excellent, my car was taken in same day as I made the appointment with a loaner being provided. I was kept up to date as far as the vehicles progress, and car was returned and excellent co as I made the appointment with a loaner being provided. Emergency service The last thing anyone wants at any time, let alone in these days of isolation, is an auto emergency. Add to this the fact that I have been told to go The last thing anyone wants at any time, let alone in these days of isolation, is an auto emergency. Add to this the fact that I have been told to go out as little as possible because I have a compromised immune system, and you understand why I was dismayed when leaving a doctor’s office, my tire picked up a tack and began a slow leak. I drove right over to the dealership, and everyone there jumped right in to help. My wonderful advisor, Jeff, delayed his lunch to get me cared for. It was easy to maintain all the social distancing rules in the office, and I was out quickly with my problem solved. I wish I could call out everyone by name because they were all great. It’s always a pleasure to deal with this dealership. More
