I had a good experience with Randy but they damaged my
tire sensor and now I can't see my tire pressures. Scott is saying the only way to correct the problem that was caused after I purchased 4 new tires

Sales staff is not knowledgeable.
Promises made were not upheld when paperwork was brought to sign. Treated as if I was not an informed buyer or able to see the slimy quick change.
