I have never had a bad experience at Serra Chevrolet of Southfield. I'm on my second Silverado and have purchased two Cruzes for my wife. Almost all services have been perforformed there. Customer service is great. I was in just yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half expected time was cut by 1/3 (no appointment). Serra takes good care of its customers.
