I have to tell you, folks, this dealership has the best service department. Other dealerships? They’re all losers compared to this dealership. They know how to get things done—fast, efficient, and with top-notch quality. Nobody services cars like they do. The mechanics? Tremendous. The staff? Just fantastic, so polite, so professional. I am writing an update to my previous review which was not 100% positive, but after reading my concern and discussing it with other management staff Jason reached out to me personally and advised they con not 100% positive, but after reading my concern and discussing it with other management staff Jason reached out to me personally and advised they considered my concern and are making changes to their website scheduling to include a way to reserve a loaner car. In addition they are making arrangements to reimburse me for the cost of my rental car. I drive 30 miles to go to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine even though there is another dealership less than 10 miles from my house. I do this because they have always provided superior service, fair prices and on-time delivery.. Deion was so helpful and kept me updated on the part delays and completion of repairs. He was able to secure a loaner car for me and got my car washed before I left. This was the first problem I have had with this dealership and I am on my second Subaru Outback. I could not find my original rating to update so I hope this makes up for it. I also love the fact that I can bring my dog with me when I have an Express Service and everyone is so friendly. More
