Very Dishonest with trade in values. I know what the car needed…about a 300 to 500 part. Your team offered me 14k for what should have been at least 18-20k…… one day later you have the c I know what the car needed…about a 300 to 500 part. Your team offered me 14k for what should have been at least 18-20k…… one day later you have the car out on your lot for 32k and sold it a few days after that… good for you and your 18k profit while taking advantage of us with being unfair and dishonest with our trade in value. I fully understand your in business to make money but your profit margin vs what you offered was a slap in the face to us the buyer. I was even dumb enough to purchase another vehicle for my mother in law the following week…(3 total vehicles we purchased from you in 3 days) the least your team could have done was to be honest and offer me fair trade in value relative to what you already knew you could get for the car. Will not recommend your team / dealership to others. Enjoy your day…. More
