Your team offered me 14k for what should have been at least 18-20k…… one day later you have the car out on your lot for 32k and sold it a few days after that… good for you and your 18k profit while taking advantage of us with being unfair and dishonest with our trade in value. I fully understand your in business to make money but your profit margin vs what you offered was a slap in the face to us the buyer. I was even dumb enough to purchase another vehicle for my mother in law the following week…(3 total vehicles we purchased from you in 3 days) the least your team could have done was to be honest and offer me fair trade in value relative to what you already knew you could get for the car.
