The salesperson I worked with, Lee Bodette, was very nice and polite. There were a few things that I wasn't happy with. 1) I was brought the more expensive model to test drive and was told that it was the mo and polite. There were a few things that I wasn't happy with. 1) I was brought the more expensive model to test drive and was told that it was the model I asked for. When I agreed to purchase it, I realized it was the more expensive model only when the financials paperwork was given to me to look at. I had been quoted an interest rate of 5.5%. 2) The next day when I came back to pick up the car, I told them I wanted the less expensive model, and then all of the sudden, the interest rate went up to 7.5%! What?? I told them that I wasn't interested and they got it down to 6.5%, but said that was the lowest they could go. This I do not understand. I purchased the car anyway and I love it, but there were at least 2 times, if not more, that I was taken advantage of. I am not sure if it was because I was a woman and shopping alone, or whether they try this with everyone. Not impressed. More

This is the third Rav4 I have purchased from Handy Toyota and have always been happy with my experience. Jesse Turner and Jamie Shea both made it very easy to find and purchase the car I wanted with no press and have always been happy with my experience. Even though I live about two miles from one of the bigger Toyota Dealers in the state, I will always drive the 30 or so miles to get my cars and service from Handy. They are the best!!! More

Jesse was our main point of contact for the purchase of a new RAV4 Prime. They didn't have the one we wanted in stock but he notified us as soon as they knew they were getting one.
