He was willing to respond to my questions at all hours, from the early AM all the way through late evenings, and for that I am immensely grateful. I also especially appreciated the fact that he took care of all paperwork prior to my arrival at the dealership (I purchased the vehicle out of state, over 4 hours away) such that on the day of purchase, I was in and out in a very short amount of time, with no hassle. I really cannot emphasize enough the amount of effort Silvano put into ensuring the transaction went smoothly. I also loved the fact that there were no last minute price additions; the price we agreed upon over the phone was the price I paid, and not a cent more. I would also love the shout out Jimmy, the BMW Genius, who helped me set up my new vehicle. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly, answering every and all questions I had about the car without issue. It was great being able to learn my new car with someone so knowledgeable by my side to guide me through all the various options and settings. All in all, I had a fantastic time at Rallye BMW. In the short amount of time I was there, they all left a wonderful lasting impression, and I could not have been more pleased about how my car purchase with them was conducted. In the future, if the opportunity to purchase another vehicle from them arose, I would have 0 hesitation about making the 4+ hour trip to Rallye BMW to purchase the car, especially if I got to work with a salesperson as exceptional as Silvano.
