I am fortunate to have obtained the vehicle I had my eye on. The staff at Rallye were all on point. In particular Joe Lipari who was completely present in the most calm and pleasant manner to facilitate my on. The staff at Rallye were all on point. He made a follow up calls to ensure that any questions or needs were met and I don’t need that. Even now I feel I can call him anytime and he would be ready to help. Similarly, the technician who helped explain and demonstrate the features of the vehicle was very knowledgeable, cooperative, and clearly made himself available for future contact regarding the technical side of the car. Well, my experience with Joe Lipari and the staff has been totally positive. More

I recently purchased a BMW from Rallye BMW and had the great pleasure of working with Silvano as my salesman. Silvano was absolutely exceptional throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions with the utmost knowledge and efficiency, and kept me informed on everything all the way from initial inquiry through purchase. He was willing to respond to my questions at all hours, from the early AM all the way through late evenings, and for that I am immensely grateful. I also especially appreciated the fact that he took care of all paperwork prior to my arrival at the dealership (I purchased the vehicle out of state, over 4 hours away) such that on the day of purchase, I was in and out in a very short amount of time, with no hassle. I really cannot emphasize enough the amount of effort Silvano put into ensuring the transaction went smoothly. I also loved the fact that there were no last minute price additions; the price we agreed upon over the phone was the price I paid, and not a cent more. I would also love the shout out Jimmy, the BMW Genius, who helped me set up my new vehicle. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly, answering every and all questions I had about the car without issue. It was great being able to learn my new car with someone so knowledgeable by my side to guide me through all the various options and settings. All in all, I had a fantastic time at Rallye BMW. In the short amount of time I was there, they all left a wonderful lasting impression, and I could not have been more pleased about how my car purchase with them was conducted. In the future, if the opportunity to purchase another vehicle from them arose, I would have 0 hesitation about making the 4+ hour trip to Rallye BMW to purchase the car, especially if I got to work with a salesperson as exceptional as Silvano. This was easily the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Every person we dealt with there was so friendly - Vicky in finance and James who gave me the tour of my car were both so excited for me to get had.
