When it wasn’t exactly what I wanted , He greeted me as soon as I walked in the showroom. I went in thinking I wanted to look at one particular car. When it wasn’t exactly what I wanted , he knew the car for me. They did happen to have it on the lot. I never felt pressured. In fact I went home to think it over. Went back 2 days later and we finalized the deal. I love my new car! Jacob checks in periodically to make sure all is well. He is very knowledgeable about the BMW brand. He also did a great job keeping me informed on the latest BMW offers and incentives, which made it easy to stay confident about my decision. My schedule has been incredibly hectic and I wasn’t in a rush, but Jacob made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. This is my third BMW, and once again BMW of Loveland delivered. The service level there continues to be outstanding, and Jacob, Corey, and Nina are big reasons why. Jacob introduced himself to me while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. He was friendly, not overly pushy, but knowledgeable. He said if I ever needed help buying a new BMW, he'd be glad to help. I gav car to be serviced. He was friendly, not overly pushy, but knowledgeable.
