The m coming in pulled out at the 11th hour due to a minor payroll discrepancy that had already been fixed by my employer but they still rejected it. The manager at WoW Toyota went above and beyond to help me get out the door with financing through Toyota who honored my pre-approval terms. Everyone was great there. I didn't feel like I was "battling" with the finance team like I have felt at other dealerships.
