Working with Steve Lang at Wallingford Toyota was a positive experience for both of us. He was extremely knowledgable and PATIENT. We were looking at Toyota Siennas and since the dealership had a limited inventory, we did feel pressure to purchase what they had because of the nature of the demand and limited inventory and the limited window we personally had to purchase another vehicle. We did NOT feel pressure from Steve. His approach was more confident and encouragement rather than pressure. He is a skilled car salesman and is proud of Toyota and Toyota’s record. Steve also handled our trade-in with fairness and competence . We drove out of there knowing we made the right decision in our purchase of a Toyota AND in Steve. SO much so that we returned 2 months later and purchased a Camry! Steve was up front, transparent with pricing and again, a pleasure to do business with. What more could we ask for? Ask the questions. He knows the answers. There were no surprises or hidden fees. All in all, 2 GREaT transactions. Thank you, Steve Lang and Toyota of Wallingford! More
