The manager at WoW Toyota went above and beyond to help me get out the door with financing through Toyota who honored my pre-approval terms. Everyone was great there. From Jacob who was my sales person to all the finance team and other employees who entertained my 8 year old son while we dealt with this stressful situation. I highly recommend Wow Toyota to anyone. Jacob was knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the entire process. No one was pushy like some dealerships are. I didn't feel like I was "battling" with the finance team like I have felt at other dealerships. The process was was a bit more complicated for me due to my original finance company or it would have been absolutely smooth with no issues. More

He is a vehicle specialist that doesn’t end the relationship after the sale is over. I can check in with him as often as I need to if I have questions or want him to answer anything I might’ve forgot to at the time of purchase and delivery. He met me where I was, when I was ready to purchase. He didn’t rush me, but he didn’t slow the process down at all, and I was in and out without an extended period of time dillydallying. My trade-in was also in rough shape and he didn’t embarrass me or make me feel bad about not detailing it before his professional appraisal. I received a call from Angela about my inquiry regarding the 2026 Toyota Cross on Monday, May 4th. She was very nice and accommodating and we agreed on a time for me to go to the dealership. From the moment I parked, the personnel showed their utmost attention, professionalism, and great customer care and support. I was immediately put in contact with the Shay Sadosky, who handle pretty much every aspect of the sale, until the financial final stages that were handled by Edward. Shay was very courteous and engaging. She was very attentive and provided answers to all my questions and provided a lot information about the car I intended to purchase, and the purchase process. She took the time to go over every detail with patience and making I understood every step if the wag. Edward was also very professional and explained every detail of the financial process and the related contract and maintenance available. Overall, it was a great experience to be able to purchase a car and feel good about the whole process.
