My experience at Toyota of Wallingford was amazing! I walked in knowing I hadn't had much time to find another car that I loved but I was excited because of all the great things I had heard! I was welcomed immediately and explained my situation. Matt met with me right away and was extremely professional, sociable, and helpful. When the first vehicle I test drove wasn't within my budget, Matt worked with me every step of the way to find a car that was perfect for me! He asked me all the right questions on what features I was looking for, what did my budget look like, what did I want most out of the car, ect. He even offered the option to switch the interior seats to a black when I wasn't originally looking for lighter interior-I did end up keeping the original color and absolutely adore it! ◡̈ We worked together all afternoon and he was so patient and thought of every detail. Matts manager was awesome too his name was Jon. He spoke with me about the warranty information and was so helpful and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Toyota as a vehicle and Toyota of Wallingford for anyone looking for a car! More

My finance company that had pre-approved me prior to me coming in pulled out at the 11th hour due to a minor payroll discrepancy that had already been fixed by my employer but they still rejected it. The manager at WoW Toyota went above and beyond to help me get out the door with financing through Toyota who honored my pre-approval terms. Everyone was great there. From Jacob who was my sales person to all the finance team and other employees who entertained my 8 year old son while we dealt with this stressful situation. I highly recommend Wow Toyota to anyone. Jacob was knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the entire process. No one was pushy like some dealerships are. I didn't feel like I was "battling" with the finance team like I have felt at other dealerships. The process was was a bit more complicated for me due to my original finance company or it would have been absolutely smooth with no issues. More
