That doesn’t change the fact that my equity was conveniently the down payment.i was kept waiting for 3 1/2 hrs which I believe is to get you tired so your just trying to get out of there. I’ve been a loyal Subaru owner for a long time. I wanted to try Toyota because of the reputation. But this put a sour taste in my mouth. Again nothing Jacob did , it was the management above him. Shady practices is not how I wanted to start with Toyota Jacob however, has a bright future and is the only positive experience I had. More
