My 2015 Elantra GT needed a smog check, so I went to a local inspection station. As the vehicle did not pass I contact South Bay Hyundai who service my vehicle and made an appointment with Jack Kim. Jack informed me to bring the car right in so it could be check out for the problem. The next morning Jack met me and gave me the choice of a ride home or to wait. Choosing to wait knowing the waiting room was comfortable with snacks and drinks with free WIFI. Jack kept me inform what is going on and the approximate wait time. The mechanic and Jack gave a recommendation for a minor service which i approve. After the service was done Jack gave me some valuable information. Receiving my car I took it over to be re smog, which it pass. I recommend South Bay Hyundai because I can trust them to do the job right. More
