I had wonderful service all around, but Ivan and Carlos were extremely helpful with getting me into the car I wanted while staying within my budget. It had already been a long day for me, they made the exp were extremely helpful with getting me into the car I wanted while staying within my budget. It had already been a long day for me, they made the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. I have never bought a car before, I thought a car sales team would be predatory or misleading (in the business sense) the sales team worked hard to get me an increasingly better finance rate without me hav team would be predatory or misleading (in the business sense) the sales team worked hard to get me an increasingly better finance rate without me having to pressure them. Bought a 63000$ truck and discovered damage to the body that was not disclosed to me and should be obvious to the dealer. I discovered it a week after I took possession of the vehicle and there response wa that was not disclosed to me and should be obvious to the dealer. I discovered it a week after I took possession of the vehicle and there response was we can't help you. That about sums up what you can expect from colonial west Chevrolet. Sad commentary. Buyer beware. More
