My love for BMW started at an early age. My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. From the moment I communicated with the internet adviser and ultimately with Ian Martin the salesmen our experience was excellent! Very professional, explained the sales process, I got a fair price on an outstanding vehicle. Everything was completed as promised from the financing to the delivery...and also we have an Encore deleivery so I can return with any questions about the vehicle. I would highly recommend Otto's BMW to anyone intertesd in purchasing a high quality auto with high quality service. More

Stellar experience... as per usual! Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Mar Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Martin. I had been looking for a 4 series GranCoupe for a while but wasn't exactly in a rush because... as you can imagine, my old 3 series performed very well still. I was tempted to buy an Audi A6 as I had always been in love with Audis but once again Otto's BMW won me over. Ian showed me a beautiful CPO 428i xDrive GC. With tinted windows. I thought to myself: that's meant to be - as I had always wanted to tint the windows - no need to spend extra on that! Ian agreed to let me take the car home overnight so I can decide whether I really wanted it. Ian and Wilmer both said they would put the car on hold for me. No security deposit as other dealerships would expect. I honestly can't say enough about these guys! Top notch service from start to finish. We scheduled delivery for this morning and there she was, my new 4 series, in the delivery room, freshly detailed... with a personalized message waiting for me. I am completely satisfied! Not only that but I was impressed to see other employees knew my name! I feel very welcome every time I'm there. More
