We knew exactly which vehicle we were looking for and Ian helped explain all of the features of the vehicle, the BMW Certification process and our options to extend. He also explained all of our options to protect and maintain our "new" car. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car (since I was going to be traveling the rest of the week and we wanted to get the car as soon as possible). An Experience Like No Other Words can't even begin to describe the experience we've had with Otto's BMW and one of their client advisors, Ian Martin. We originally met Ian when we saw the dealership on the way back up to New York City and wanted ask a few questions about potential models as well as the newest model at the time, the X2. The professionalism, and attention to detail was apparent from the start. Ian treated us not only as customers but as friends. He answered every question we had honestly, and we never felt pressured to make any decisions then and there. It was really as if we were just having a chat with someone we knew. We left that day with a good impression of the customer service Otto's BMW had to offer, and held the location in high regards ever since. Sometime after our initial visit, we decided that we were interested in financing a BMW X5. We visited a few local dealers but didn't feel satisfied with what we found. I remembered how Ian treated us and made an effort to give him a call about what we were looking for. Ian came back to us some time later with a vehicle that had just about, if not everything we were looking for. He lead me through every step of the process and explained every bit of information in great detail, as soon as I asked him. Nothing ever felt confusing or frustrating when speaking with him. Eventually, we made plans to see the vehicle and potentially seal the deal as soon as we could. Our second visit was better than the first. We were greeted warmly by the attendant at the desk and sat in the waiting area, a bright and open space among a handful of the dealers premiere cars. Soon after, Ian greeted us and lead us to the delivery room where our X5 was waiting. In the room, the car was clean and shining, with a wonderful delivery note on a pedestal personally addressed to me just in front of it. The letter showed to me that Otto's always went the extra mile. Ian went through every aspect of the car and answered each and every question we had without fail. The car was exactly what we were looking for, and was exactly as Ian described it. We moved forward with the deal and spoke to Ian's business manager, Pat. Pat broke any and every thing we wanted to know about the financial part of the process down into information anyone could understand. Once the financial part of the deal was done, Ian introduced us to Cristina, who showed us to our vehicle and guided us through all the features the car had to offer, including things we didn't even know it had. Cristina was not only enthusiastic, but just wonderful to speak to. We kept being blown away by the quality of the customer service, and the personal attention offered by Otto's. Otto's BMW had the presence and quality of service expected from something like a large tech company, something we never expected from a car dealer. At the end of the day, we knew we made the right choice in calling Ian. The reason we were so adamant on going to Ian was because of that first visit. We knew after our first visit that Otto's BMW had something different to offer. We're looking forward to the next one! More
