Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Mar Fell in love with the brand and the Otto's BMW dealership 3 years ago when I got my first BMW from Ben Drake. 3 years later, I was assigned to Ian Martin. I had been looking for a 4 series GranCoupe for a while but wasn't exactly in a rush because... as you can imagine, my old 3 series performed very well still. I was tempted to buy an Audi A6 as I had always been in love with Audis but once again Otto's BMW won me over. Ian showed me a beautiful CPO 428i xDrive GC. With tinted windows. I thought to myself: that's meant to be - as I had always wanted to tint the windows - no need to spend extra on that! Ian agreed to let me take the car home overnight so I can decide whether I really wanted it. Ian and Wilmer both said they would put the car on hold for me. No security deposit as other dealerships would expect. I honestly can't say enough about these guys! Top notch service from start to finish. We scheduled delivery for this morning and there she was, my new 4 series, in the delivery room, freshly detailed... with a personalized message waiting for me. I am completely satisfied! Not only that but I was impressed to see other employees knew my name! I feel very welcome every time I'm there. More
