My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. Great sales experience. Ian was wonderful and made the whole experience easy. The finance manager Jayson was also great. Never felt pressured with either of them. Went in to just test drive the X3 M50 as the start of my new car search, but both the car and the service was so good that I bought without going anywhere else. Switched from a 2023 Audi and this experience just blew them away. My husband also owns a BMW that was purchased elsewhere but now serviced at BMW West Chester and he can't say enough about the team there as well, so I know I'm in good hands going forward. More

I had an excellent experience at BMW of West Chester. I arrived a little late and received a warm greeting of professionalism and respect. The receptionist knew I was coming and addressed me by name. She explained that my sales advisor was finishing up with a test drive. She offered me refreshments as I waited for his return. Ian Martin was my sales advisor and was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I knew all about the process. Ian took his time explaining all of the software and mechanical features with ease and was able to answer all my questions. All the staff were amazing. I am happy I chose BMW of West Chester as my new dealership. More
