When I returned to complete the purchase, he patiently walked me through every feature, something that I’ve never had any other salesman do when, especially when buying used. Nick in Finance was just as impressive. The financing process was quick and seamless, a refreshing change from the 3–4 hour experiences I’ve had purchasing from neighboring Audi dealerships. I’m honestly still taken back by how efficient and enjoyable the entire experience was.
