My love for BMW started at an early age. My father has always held the brand in the highest regard being an ex-race car and motorcycle driver and working on the sales side of the business for for the last 28+ years. Part of my Senior year of high school was spent living in Germany where I was able to go see the Welt (have been back twice since) and experience BMW on the road in its native environment. One of the greatest experiences of my life. I am passionate about the brand and my family of owners. Come join us.

Great people at BMW of West Chester. Always professional. Always friendly. Always helpful. If there's a problem with service, they do whatever it takes to make it right. My sales person was great. I have not had as pleasant of an experience with the service department. I brought it in with a number of issues. The only 1 that was fixed was to fi I have not had as pleasant of an experience with the service department. I brought it in with a number of issues. The only 1 that was fixed was to fill the tires with air. One of the reasons I chose BMW is dealers will pick up your car and deliver it after service. This does not seem to be available at the dealership. When I mentioned it, they said it might be possible but really didn't provide it as an option. I am not happy at all. More

Ian Martin, my sales associate, was very informative and helpful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous and helpful. However, BMW, the manufacturer, was not very helpful to the dealer or my sal helpful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous and helpful. However, BMW, the manufacturer, was not very helpful to the dealer or my sales associate when my car was recalled as soon as it was delivered. It took BMW three (3) weeks to let the dealer know how to inspect my car to even figure out if the recall was applicable. Other than the recall, the sales process at this dealer was great! More

Kevin Mahoney, the General Sales Manager, was helpful in securing our Veteran's with. He is knowledgeable, competent, professional and personable. Kevin Mahoney, the General Sales Manager, was helpful in securing our Veteran's discount (there was a hiccup with the "codes"). Pen, the Technical Genius, was extremely patient and thorough explaining how to access the many options available in each one of the drop-down menus and apps.
