They sold me a car with a major engine problem which repair costs more than the car itself. The problem wasn’t caught on the inspection and they failed to revisit the car service’s history, which they c repair costs more than the car itself. The problem wasn’t caught on the inspection and they failed to revisit the car service’s history, which they could have done since the car was first sold at a dealership of the same group. They knew this car has had problems with the engine cooling system from day one since it’s a flawed engine design. Ford had a recall on it and the solution for this car was a new engine. Apparently, they replaced it with another flawed engine because the problem resurfaced. They were not upfront about the problem, no discount was ever offered for a doomed car and now I’m dealing with them ignoring my contacts. Please be advised the way they conduct business when it comes to handling major repairs. I hope I can change my review soon but so far, my experience has been absolutely awful. More

Terrible experience. I was transferred between 3 different salespersons, and ultimately Jay, the sales manager during my week long process to simply buy a car. When I I was transferred between 3 different salespersons, and ultimately Jay, the sales manager during my week long process to simply buy a car. When I went to pick up the vehicle, a check engine light was on. I immediately called the most recent salesperson that I dealt with, wo said to call the orignal sales person back. I subsequently responded to their text after I took delivery, and never got a call back. Finally, they never transferred title, so now I have an unlicensed vehicle. Terrible, unprofessional dealership. More

It was so easy buying a car with Hunter. I test drove my vehicle on a Saturday and put down a hold afterwards. The car was new to inventory so I waited until Monday to actually purchase it.
