Terrible experience. I was transferred between 3 different salespersons, and ultimately Jay, the sales manager during my week long process to simply buy a car. When I went to pick up the vehicle, a check engine light was on. I immediately called the most recent salesperson that I dealt with, wo said to call the orignal sales person back. I subsequently responded to their text after I took delivery, and never got a call back. Finally, they never transferred title, so now I have an unlicensed vehicle.
