Great customer service! I've had 2 recalls fixed and now new tires and an alignment done. For the recalls, it was a longer fix so I was given a loaner both times. The first I've had 2 recalls fixed and now new tires and an alignment done. For the recalls, it was a longer fix so I was given a loaner both times. The first time it was a brand new Forrester with only a few miles on it and I was told to have fun and put some miles on it! For the tires, it was a faster fix so I got a shuttle. Dropped off and picked up when my vehicle was done. Everyone who I have dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful. Their waiting area has everything you need if you choose to wait for your repair. Yummy free snacks, drinks, and computer hook-ups. Comfortable seating areas, and tv's. No reason you can't chill while waiting. Love this place! More
