The Staff of Whit Bear Subaru is the reason I return I visited for service this time. The visit was pleasant and the service was good. I need to say that I love the Subaru vehicles I have owned. I am not a fan of Subaru of America though, due to its (lack of) integrity in warranty issues. I don't know how much I trust the Luther dealerships either. The staff of White Bear Subaru is the ONLY reason I return. The staff is the reason I purchased another Subaru and am willing to return to a Luther dealership. Greg went above and beyond to ensure that I received the warranty service that was fair. If it wasn't for Greg I would not have returned to Subaru or any Luther dealership. The staff is the only reason I am willing to deal with either. (purchased my last car from Scott Sprecher, he is great to deal with as well) More

Very good customer service, service led to some problems Had a routine service that led to other issues, but was well taken care of and issues were ultimately resolved. Thorough, Competent, Engaged, Trustworthy I scheduled an appointment online to have 4 new tires installed and an all-wheel alignment performed on my outback. Greg Nichols had provided me with I scheduled an appointment online to have 4 new tires installed and an all-wheel alignment performed on my outback. Greg Nichols had provided me with detailed estimates for three brands of tires I was interested in, on my previous visit. I added a note to the online appointment stating which brand/model I had decided on and wanted installed. Greg was courteous and professional, focused and engaged when I arrived. The tires had been ordered, and he had checked to see that they arrived before my appointment. He went over the estimate of charges, verified the work to be done, listened to my questions and made sure I understood his answers before proceeding. After the work was completed, and the car washed and vacuumed, he reviewed the details of what was done and verified I was satisfied. Greg is a prime example of why my last three vehicles have been Subaru’s purchased from and serviced at White Bear Subaru (15 years). I’ve always had complete confidence in the service advisors and the people working behind the scenes-never had a complaint against White Bear Subaru. More

Great Service Center, Excellent Customer Service We brought our 2013 Outback in for a recurring Engine Light issue that another shop had diagnosed (correctly) but had failed to fix. After verifying We brought our 2013 Outback in for a recurring Engine Light issue that another shop had diagnosed (correctly) but had failed to fix. After verifying that the diagnosis we received before was accurate, the Subaru Service Center rep (Greg Nichols) worked with us to figure out the best plan for fixing things while keeping in mind the cost and time involved. The parts arrived quickly and the repairs were completed a day later. Our Outback is back to its old self and we couldn't be happier with the service. More

Battery problem with my 2015 Outback While out of town at my cabin last week, my 2015- 2.5- Outback would not start and I had to put a charger on it-this has happened several times in th While out of town at my cabin last week, my 2015- 2.5- Outback would not start and I had to put a charger on it-this has happened several times in the three years I have had the car. W/O an appointment, I drove to the dealer and a service man took immediate care of me. He wrote up a WO and asked me to wait approx. 1 hour. The fix took less then an hour and I was on my way. Very professional! Service and waiting areas were sparkling clean, and the coffee and snack selection was great. I was very pleased with the service, and as this is my 4th Outback w/o any electrical problems, I inquired about the "fix". Apparently, there was a computer software issue which was re-programmed so as to put more amps into the charging system. Remains to be seen, if the problem repeats itself. No problem so far. The service was great and very friendly as well. More

Excellent service! Excellent service. Technical people discuss what should be done and cost before work starts. If something unusual comes up, they come to discuss it wi Excellent service. The waiting area is superior. Has plugins for phones/computers, snacks, coffee and spacious. We have two Subaru's and have had several before. Probably going to this dealership for over ten years. More

90K check - Professional and courteous! Greg Nichols was very courteous and professional; He performed an alignment and tread-depth check first, prior to service. Then He walked around the car and checked the lights, wipers, etc. After that, he verified the services I requested when booking the appointment on-line. Greg was focused and took the time to be sure I understood everything and my questions were answered. The 90,000 mile service was completed in a timely manner and the car was washed and vacuumed. Nice! Then Greg discussed the results of Multi-Point Inspection. I was very impressed with Greg's attention to detail, his attitude, courtesy, and professionalism. He took a personal interest in my satisfaction. Thanks Greg! I also appreciate the work of the people behind the scenes. Thanks to them as well! More
