recall fixed, parts installed correctly Customer Service was great!!! One complaint, I just wanted to add wiper blade refills. I had to buy new wiper arms , expensive. Excellent I have always had excellent service at White Bear Acura.I have had all my car maintenance done there for the last eight years. The service advisers I have always had excellent service at White Bear Acura.I have had all my car maintenance done there for the last eight years. The service advisers have always explained every service/repair needed. My Acura runs great with 140,000 miles so far! More

Fast service I went in for a the air bag recall, on the website it said 3 hours so I arrange the shuttle service. When I got there they said it would only take a I went in for a the air bag recall, on the website it said 3 hours so I arrange the shuttle service. When I got there they said it would only take a hour, so I waited. I was happy that it did only take a hour. The washed the outside, vacuumed the inside and cleaned the floor mats. Very impressed. More

Satisfaction Always had good service. Not happy though when I had an appt at 11 and was notified at 2 that my car was not in the shop yet. I called and relayed m Always had good service. Great Service! Everyone was very friendly from the moment I drove into the Service station. The two gentlemen who gave me a ride to and from my home were courteous Everyone was very friendly from the moment I drove into the Service station. The two gentlemen who gave me a ride to and from my home were courteous. I had to request a last minute ride back to the dealership and even though the shuttle was close to being done for the day, the team found someone to pick me up from home. More
