As always great service! I no longer go to any other place to get my car serviced. Always able to get my car serviced quickly and they provide a loaner car. Won't buy another Subaru I had what was looking like a pretty major problem with my Subaru. I could only get an appointment about a week out to have them look at it. Then all I had what was looking like a pretty major problem with my Subaru. I could only get an appointment about a week out to have them look at it. Then all xxxx broke loose and I had to have it towed to the service center. I left a message with a service rep to call me the night it was towed so that I could tell them what happened. No reply. I called again in the morning, after waiting a respectful time to get a reply from the night before. I had to leave a message again. I waited a couple hours. No reply. I called again and they forwarded me to another service rep, this time with the assurance that he'd call me back really quickly. Left another message. No reply. Now it's about 2 hours after my scheduled repair time and I finally get hold of a service rep. He tells me that they haven't looked at the car and he'll get back to me. I finally get a text describing the problem (fortunately not as bad as I had thought, but still not great). The remaining transactions all occurred over text. Simultaneously I was having an issue with my Toyota Prius. Every call was returned promptly and they went out of their way to provide instant service. They even provided me a quote in an e-mail. Total time spent on this: five minutes. I hate to think how long it would have been with Subaru. My interactions with Subaru service have always been less than spectacular and, frankly, just from the service perspective, I will never purchase a Subaru again. The car has also had more major breakdowns in far fewer miles than any Toyota I've owned, so that dings them even more. More

Just like your neighborhood friends I am welcomed at treated at my level. All employees appear to have focus and clarity.
