Not pleased how Chrysler jeep handle my vehicle issues. My jeep had an issue shifting gear. Brought the vehicle to dealer as it was protected by manufacture warranty. The dealer poorly diagnosed the vehicl My jeep had an issue shifting gear. Brought the vehicle to dealer as it was protected by manufacture warranty. The dealer poorly diagnosed the vehicle and did minor valve body repair which didn't fix the problem. shifting gear ISSUE reapered, brought vehicle to the dealer FOR REPAIR and was told that I was responsible for the repair cost event though it was exact same issues they worked on when car was under warranty. NOT BUYING JEEP AGAIN. I FEEL I WAS TREATED UNFAIR AS THIS SEEMS TO BE A KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. ALSO DEALER HAS A POOR SERVICE. THEY DON'T SEND YOU ANY UPDATES TO KEEP YOU INFORM OF THE REPAIR PROGRESS. EVERYTIME I SHOWED UP AT SERVICE DESK TO CHECK ON MY VEHICLE ALL I GET FROM SERVICE REP IS LIE AFTER LIE.
