This dealership is easy to work with and they work extremely hard to resolve and satisfy their customers. I especially like the very hard work that their representatives conduct to meet their custome extremely hard to resolve and satisfy their customers. This is a very "uncommon" type dealership that I noticed when I first went shopping for a new automobile. They have long time employees there that almost act like family. You will NOT be disappointed in any way from purchasing an auto to having it serviced, maintained or in for warrantee repair. I have also worked a long time with Marina Felix and she is amazing in every aspect of that word. She follows through on her promises, has a thorough knowledge of the products and services that might be done on your auto and is a delight to work with. None Better!! Kudos to all!! More

The entire staff at Dirito Brothers Walnut Creek are fabulous at customer service and car repair. They are efficient and all questions are answered. They didnt perform all on the recommended service. I have a defective moonroof but they didnt even open it to check or recommend a fix. I have a detached splash guard that they didnt even notice. Receipt says attached checklist but nothing is attached. Not worth the price and the annoying sales pitch. I called management and did not even get a reply. Amazing service? More

I've been a BMW owner for many years. The service experience between the Dealerships was night and day. No loaner for a recall on a brand new car? That's beyond poor customer service. Not even transported in a Dealership vehicle with a Dorito Brothers employee. The car was returned to me without cleaning. When I came back, I was pointed to the side lot. " It's out there". More
